Beskrivning: In May 2013 I visited New York. The hotel manager told me it was very trendy with Swedish food in this town. That gave me the idea to write a blog with information and recipes about Swedish food - as we actually encounter it in Sweden. Since the blog is aimed at an American audience, I write in English.
